I think if LSU wins another National Championship in Football they will be considered a blue blood. They are just outside the blue blood line.

Blue Bloods are set in stone and not subject to change at this point. No additions and no subtractions. I don't understand why anyone cares about this, though tbh.

Bama
OU
OSU
Michigan
Notre Dame
USC
Texas

Bluebloods were minted many decades ago and membership is long since closed.

Y'all have done well recently though, and deserve a pat on the head.

I don’t really care I was just saying. I think the 3 schools that are on the outside looking in are LSU, Penn State, Tennessee.

You can always count on NFLSU showing up when Texas is discussed, because someone from Texas stole his girlfriend or pump and dumped his Mom. It's an obsession, on display for all to see. Seek help, dude.

LOL. Current 20-year-olds weren't even born the last time TX won a football national championship.

You can always count on UTranny fans bleeding through their jeans when someone brings simple facts that they're embarrassed about

"Hey everyone, look at us, just not the past 20 years okay!!!'

so we've got what, 20 more years to match Georgia's 41 year streak? Nice

I love threads like this.

Nebraska, Penn State, and probably Georgia are just on the outside looking in. Beyond them are the VOLS and LSU.

LOL

I’m old and I have watched the Gators win as many in basketball as I have watched you win in the two sports you are bragging about. Oh I have watched all the other gator NCs in football and baseball as well.

I guess you like listening to your dad talk about Texas winning in the 60s and 70s.

Texas is a great academic institution with an athletic department that is about to win another Director's Cup, and has historically done well in Football and Baseball. We've won titles in Baseball and Football since 2000, which is more than 95% of schools can say. We're looking good in football and are currently in the college world series.

Since you're so big on recent success, how has your shite hole school done this year? LSU is like if Porky's became a college. I'd be an LSU fan if I went to LSU. But why the hell would I ever do that?

I don't know how you overlook UGA and Nebraska, particularly as to LSU and Tennessee.

This. I couldn't care less about "blueblood" status or even championships from decades ago. All I care about is recent history which, I realize, has been abysmal for us in football and baseball has been a heart breaker too many times.
