If I'm a Tennessee fan, it's nothing but fat football coaches from here on out. Those seem to work better.

I said this about Elko and I'll say it about every coach......there is no excuse whatsoever for being a fatass in their positions. Their offices are literally right next to some of the best athletic facilities on the planet and they have access to the strength and conditioning coach, dieticians, and the same dining hall that makes the athletes' meals.
My local high school head football coach used to show up an hour before the rest of his staff in the morning and get his workout in.....in his 60's. He felt that it was his duty to set the tone. He was pretty rocked-up and shredded for an old man.

Your local HS coach put in about 1/4th the hours of a successful SEC HC. Every minute Kirby or Heupel or anyone could spend working out is one he’d have to take away from watching film, recruiting, staff meetings, his family, etc. They basically live at the football facility 9-10 months a year.
