You think Les chose to dismiss one of his best players?
He booted RP, suspended his starting QB last year, suspended 3 players in the middle of last season. . .
Miles has a long rope, but it has an end.

What did Muschamp do? Kick of Jenkins who had at least 4 violations in 2 years at Florida and was arrested multiple times. Muschamp really runs a tight ship!
Jenkins was arrested a total of 4 times. 2 of those times happened while Urban was the coach. Did you expect him to kick him off as soon as he was hired? Or maybe he decided that a second chance was allowed for a player he just met?

Like Miles, he wouldn't have any other choice.

yes.
Agreed, all of these recent ones(Dyer, Crow, TM, the others mentioned above) are not really what the coaches wanted to do, but what they were forced(directly or indirectly) to do.

Miles gave TM7 plenty of chances. Same with Perrilloux.
Like I said, he has a long rope. . .but it has an end.
Nick Saban is the same way.

TM7 is not Kicked out of School, in AD said his Athletic Scolarship was revoked. In theory he could pay his own way and still Play, but AD added that is not likely, he will transfer.

You people are the most delusional bunch I've ever seen. Enjoy winning games this year with your new Quarterback Zach Mettenberger, who, OH BY THE WAY, you only have because he was kicked off the team by Mark Richt for something that would have been swept under the rug at every other SEC school in existence. You think Richt wanted to kick a kid off the team who grew up in Athens and whose mom worked in his own office? He's also since had to part ways with 3 former 5 star starting running backs just to get the list started.
Miles isnt the 1%, he's the 99%. He didnt do this. The University did. Get over Richt already. It's like you all want him as your coach or something. Geez.

He grabbed a girl's arse in a bar. That would have not even registered on anyone's radar screen had it not been a prominent booster's daughter no?

Muschamp is one of the better ones and he was in a shitty situation at Florida, but he wasn't even planning on kicking Jenkins off the team. He wanted to only suspend him 5 games.

Probably only about 1% of college football coaches would make a decision like that
So only 1% of coaches would want to avoid NCAA sanctions?
If you have a drug policy (NCAA has their own testing which is more strict) and the player violates the stated policy...you have to follow procedure no matter how big the player is - otherwise the NCAA's policy is to implement sanctions. Drug test results are reported to the NCAA.

Where in the world are you getting this? I've never seen anything of the sort.
I only know of two arrests as well. Maybe I've forgotten one or two.
ETA: Found 3 arrests. Forgot the resisting arrest arrest. 2 for pot and 1 for running from cops is all I could find.
