In reality not a huge difference when you look at it over 10 assistants and a lot of time the higher ones will be driven up substantially with simply much higher paid coordinators. Like a $2M DC or something.
Bama has like 2.6M tied up in 2 coordinators, leaving 5.2M among the other 8. UGA as someone else said has a $2M coordinator themselves.

This isn’t accurate but you are correct that a good majority are not making real money. The hours they put in is ridiculous. My nephew was a college coach for 15 years and only in his last 5 did he get up into the six figures with his final pay being at 175K but he missed so much of his kids growing up.
He left and is now making more and time with his kids.

Also, I think these numbers are not completely up to date. I think UGA is at $8.35 million. I could be wrong.
These are the latest available.

By Florida maybe. We cut him a lump sum to get rid of him as fast as possible. Never should have been hired in the first place. But as an assistant coach, you all might get some value for your money.

Arkansas needs to bump those salaries IMO.
Some of those coaches will be gone after this year to get a promotion.

So how come Arkansas has the best coordinator combo in the league?

So we have a hooker/cocaine gap. REC has some work to do.

Yeah, the numbers he is quoting are not current.
LSU’s total salaries for the coaching staff is 17.5 million and of that 9.5 is Brian Kelly’s.
As a result, the support staff amount at LSU is appropriately 8 million.
