Kiffin was given a tremendous raise of approximately $2.5 million. You guys don’t honestly think it was our last 2.5 million do you? So money has nothing to do with the turnover. That said, the question was asked does it concern or bother OM fans and the honest answer from this OM fan is yes. But the portal recruiting is doing very well and combined with the early signing period we are in very good shape there. So time will tell as to how well it all comes together.

As for others above, I don't know a single person / Arkansas fan that hates Kiffin. it is 1/1 thus far for our coaches. And both were tight games at our home fields. It isn't like either coach is dominating greatly here.
Calm our tits a bit (boss) and see where the crap falls. I am just really surprised at the major turnover there.

The guys leaving are making lateral moves for the same positions at different schools, though. They're not leaving for head coaching jobs. That isn't something you generally see as much absent a head coaching change. LSU had this happen after the 2019 season, but the DC became a head coach and the OC took a job in the NFL. They didn't take the same roles at another SEC school and soon to be SEC school.

Darn. We're stuck with a guy who has exceeded expectations, built a culture that will last and is able to hang on to his staff...all while winning.
Lane is all about Lane and everyone knows it. I sure am jealous. Well...I guess I'll just hafta be content with being a fan of my team, vs. my coach...all while admiring how said coach conducts himself almost 100% of the time.
Sam never wears hoodies tryin ta play gangsta for his 'cruits.
