That's cool. Like Landmass said, we're loving it.

I didn't say it wasn't legal, I said it may not be legal. Everything could be perfectly enforceable and the players will pay the buyouts.
Again, both schools are testing the enforceability of revenue share contracts, this is going to set the precedent for how these are handled going forward.
I have no prediction as to how it will work out.

from those players for nothing but signing their names
With a legally binding contract that's pretty much all it takes.

Because you’re stupid.

Again you are stupid. It’s a contract dispute. You’re calling it a “revenue share contract” because you’re stupid.
The contract meets all of the elements of a legally enforceable contract. Contract disputes have been going to court since the 14th century. Ole Miss isn’t “testing” anything retard.

It's a contract dispute over a revenue share agreement...

Okay, since you believe I'm "stupid" what is your opinion on why the players didn't pay the buyouts?
Do you think Kiffin and Billy Glasscock forgot how the portal works? Do you think LSU doesn't have lawyers? If it's as open and shut as you claim, why the hold up?

It's funny that this thread is still going. There will be a courtroom full of people that are paid big bucks to hash this out. How about we just see what the court says?

I think we all know what the result will be, at least at the trial court level.

It's just the nature of message boards. I personally enjoy debate.
