He showed out against Mizzou, but you know...everyone does.

That sucks. Obviously it benefits ole Miss for our game against state but that's a loss for any college football fan. He's fun to watch and someone easy to root for. Would have loved to see what he could have done fully healthy against bama, lsu, Oklahoma and Texas defenses.

At least he has that SC win, amirite?

We will start the bidding at 4.2 million.

the entire staff completely bungled that entire thing. it goes to show you how desperate he is.
to the retards saying if lebby goes, the Macon Miracle goes: he committed to Arnett, not lebby. instantly going to portal talk and tampering is why this sport is so fake and gay now.
I'm not opposed to keeping lebby another year, but I'm also not opposed to firing his dopey arse either. at the end of the day there's no point in delaying the inevitable, but a healthy K1 with that offense and a serviceable OL is one hell of a beast to slay.

Has to be crushing for State fans. Kiffin and Mario probably already on line 1 and 2.

He might stay if Lebby comes back. Checked the State on3 board and the pitchforks are out.
I do not think they will fire Lebby this year. He gets a mulligan "because" Kamario is out for the year.
That being said:
I mean, the flipside of that is why would you stay with the coach that is continuing to get you killed because he cannot recruit an offensive line.
If Lebby is ran out of town (he should be) and immediately goes back to Oklahoma (they should back up the brinks truck) or some other upper tier program as an OC, I can see Kamario staying with Lebby for QB development and to play for a bigger school.
If Lebby is without employment in 2027, I would think Kamario would pay more attention to "who" State brings in and what kind of offense they run.

he was injured the second half of the mizzou game. i appreciate his grit, but he shouldnt have played until after texas. we are just an "ok" team with him playing injured, but we are atrocious without him.

That sucks for miss state. He's so good.

Dude is making a business decision. Tranferring to Bama next year would be my guess

My early pick for Heisman in 2027 is Kamario. Even with turf toe he could spin a perfectly thrown 60-70 yard deep ball. Makes it look effortless.

Looking forward to his transfer destination

the cupboard was pretty bare when Lebby took over, and it's not easy under the NIL paradigm to just get everything fixed. Everybody is vying for the same talent.
I'm not stumping for Lebby; just acknowledging that it isn't easy. Maybe a bigger program let's Lebby do that, but he was just now starting to see some results in recruiting and the portal. It will likely set the program back if he leaves.

Yes turf toe, he was done for the year no matter what. Kid probably wanted to give it a shot, totally understand that.

What I saw said surgery as soon as tomorrow possibly.

That really sucks for state. Kid is great and I hope he comes back.
As a Gamecock it sucks to know we were about the only ones that had to play the guy. He is incredible and makes that state team different

Damn that sucks, hope he stays at State.

Clark Lea and Alex Golesh can end the Jeff Lebby era if they win in Starkville here in a couple of weeks.
It’s hard for me to justify State’s season tanking with a QB injury when I’m watching Top 10 UCLA win with a backup QB in year one of a new regime.
This is Year 3 for Lebby. If your whole program is built around one player, you have done an atrocious job of program building.
