He's a projected late 1st early 2nd rounder at QB. That leaves plenty of room for improvement.

Fields is a great passer and a really good runner. Fields has a chance to be a great college QB and he will get every opportunity. Justin will not be a bench warmer. Fromm is going to have to share snaps.

Fields will be great but to compare him to Herschel at this point just makes you look dumb. But everyone here already knows that ;-)
