I bet it's more the other way around in the (f)orm of student fees.

From the OP's link:

No money from student fees was allocated to athletics.

Discounting season pass sports tickets, of course.

I guess you missed your cohort admitting that tens of millions of the total is due to a capital campaign that's winding down.

You also should have noticed that your stated football revenue from last fiscal year of $111 million plummeted to $70 million.

Oh, please go frick yourself, sip! Why are you here? Everybody on Earth knows UT makes more money than God. Congrats? What was the point of this post?

There's a 30-year student fee to pay for Kyle Field's renovation ($75 million). Lazy journalism.

A&M Board of Regents votes to raise student fees to help pay for Kyle Field renovation

What was the point of this post? To point out that A&M's football revenues fell from $111 million to $70 million in one year.

Seems like you stopped reading at "Beaumont".

Everything else he said was spot on, as far as I can tell.

How do yall drum up that much revenue? It's a tremendous amount of money for being a fairly middle of the road program (I don't mean that as a jab but just speaking truthfully).

Texas A&M is pumping out over 13,000 graduates per year. We are all expected to donate annually. It adds up. Very soon we will outnumber longwhorn graduates.

As far as football, we've bought everything we can buy, it is up to the Coaches to get the job done.

However, I don't think we have an extra $10 million laying around that's not be used if we decide Sumlin has to go

It's a whole lot more than $10 million for a new staff. Even if they had all the money in a savings account, Sumlin won't be fired as long as he has a large buyout.

dollar for dollar no one is more mediocre than A&M. You can rack double what you make and still won't ever do shite.

This statement actually belongs to LSU. They are giving all of the kids the TOPS scholarships. This is what they used to build decent athletic programs and it is driving the state to bankruptcy.

Lesters government check has not arrived so he could not afford to ride the bus to the library to use their computer.

BTW Lester, looks like your AD is trying to start the "expansion of the BDF" process again?

Probably should try to continue to block coog high and UTSA.
Both could be trouble for you.

And to let everyone know that the football program is subsidized by students as part of their tuition.
