After your long rant you missed one important acception to all those rules and gives it all merit. All players in this whole thing were ruled to have another year of eligibility and had them wanting to return. Their argument is they would not have left had the NCAA ruled sooner or started with the 2023 class. This notion that LK reached out to every pro player and said “hey sue and come back to college” is ridiculous and it’s literally only concerning players from2022. We can argue all day on when you are considered pro etc but that’s a moot point. The issue they are arguing and suing for is they would not have went pro if they had the option. Will it work? Idk. But the thought this was some rouge takeover is ridiculous

Again, this class was fighting for eligibility regardless. They were still going to get cut and fight for this. Multiple schools including SEC schools were reaching out. So what if they were ahead of the others. It was still going to come down to a court ruling if they were eligible or not. The SEC was fine not threatening before.

He had to sign some sort of contract even if it wasn't for money. And didn't he spend more practice around the pros than one of the LSU's guys who was hurt the entire time? Be fair man. Alabama rostered a previous pro player and played him in games without any threat whatsoever. The SEC should have made that a bigger deal to avoid this then. Period. They allowed this. At the end of the day LSU always said they would listen to the courts and also abide by the SEC. They chose not to roster the players even though the courts said they had to. None of this is worth going after a school over. You are being ridiculous trying to convince anyone this is where they had to come hard after one school. They've had plenty of time and opportunity to do something previously. LSU didn't even roster the players after the law told them they have to. Alabama played their pro in actual games.

Be fair. This is the most ridiculous crap ever. Plenty of schools encouraged players to fight for eligibility after being told they were ineligible. These players had a valid reason to seek eligibility after the NCAA screwed them.
