Joe Burrow draft stock going down per Cowherd

Compares him to Tony Romo. Has hit ceiling in college and recent social media raises questions about his attitude. Can hit tight windows with the best of them but the arm is mediocre compared to the big names in the league. Huge one year after riding the bench and having a less than desirable first year at LSU raises concerns if he’s a system QB or not.

Honestly, I can’t remember a college QB consistently hitting tight windows like Burrow.
