According to the report, why was a 14 year old girl in a locker room with two 18 year olds anyways?

The video rumor was around at the time all this came out FWIW. Supposedly his cousin taped it or something. Yet another poor decision.

Oh it was THAT video. That was debunked a few weeks later I believe.

People came and went in our locker room all the time. It's fricking high school football, not exactly the Dallas Cowboys locker room.

I think it was the Cell saga, also. I turned it there and it was the episode when Vegeta and Trunks got out of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber and went to go to try to fight Cell in his imperfect form......

She was allegedly forced in there against her will, I think.

Obviously we aren't going to know all of the facts on this one and will have to wait for the legal process to play out. Even then, it is unlikely all of the facts will be known.

Really trying that hard to compare Eric Smith fighting and what this kid has done?

Trying hard? It took maybe five seconds to type a response. There's no comparison between the two. Why was Eric Smith even mentioned in this thread?

Tell that to my high school coach.. He thought it was Mecca, and anyone not on the football team could only pass through with a mop and broom.

I wish every running back were as explicit in their sexual predation as Cecil Collins was. It would make all of this much easier.

If they forced her in there against her will I would think they would have charged him with more than oral sexual battery.

Possibly, but they may not have enough evidence to move forward with that charge if it is just he said, she said. As for the oral sexual battery charge, I think all they need to prove is the fact that the act occurred due to the age of those involved. However, I haven't looked up the statute and am speculating.

I was in the Cowboys locker room Thursday. It's not exactly Fort Knox.

You tell me. You brought him up.

According to the police who witnessed the punch and arrested Smith, it was one hit to the back of the head.

"last hit" is the phrase you're looking for.
