Another thing you’ll learn is that, while other teams may acknowledge that there was a bad call that went their way, however tacitly, Alabama fans will argue against all reason that the most inane call was actually correct, and that you’re just a whiner. Alabama fans genuinely believe that they haven’t had wins aided by bad calls, or if they do, they’ll never admit it. It’s mind-boggling.

The refs call 10+ penalties on Bama yesterday. You will never see that once you join the SEC. That was the best officiating you could hope for.

While I understand your frustration, I can’t help but laugh at the fact that you are now on the wrong side of the fence when it comes to getting all the calls.
I’m not at all happy about Texas joining the SEC, but I can’t wait to see them put in their place as just another step child. The meltdown will be glorious.

Texas fans keep saying their political influence and power runs every conference they've ever been in...SWC, Big 12.
For the first time in their history, Texas will be in a conference where they're at the small end of the table.
