The main thing is, Atlanta has far and away the nicest stadium.

Mercedes Benz Stadium is nothing short of awesome.

For real.

Its travel to Atlanta....not Juneau. It really isn't inconvenient.

If you can afford a ticket to the SECCG then you can afford the air travel if you have a problem with driving.

Be better to just kick out aTm and replace them with a team that is really in the Southeast.

would be cool but Dallas is SWC & Big 12 country, not SEC. I would note, however, I like that A&M came over.

That’s a great idea. Add a Southeast state with all 10 TV sets.

why change it then?

I'm not proposing it be changed. LSU has a fine record in ATL.

Yeah, lets rotate the SECCG and while we are at it the Sugar Bowl has a tie in with the SEC so lets rotate it too. If the SECCG should not be in Atlanta every year the Sugar Bowl should not be in New Orleans every year.

have all been to the SEC title game more times than LSU, which is tied with Tennessee at #5.

So what's your point, that LSU IS at a disadvantage playing the SECCG in Atlanta because other teams have been there more often?

That doesn't make any sense.

My point is that it's fine to keep the game in Atlanta, because the team with the highest win% happens to be one that is farthest away.

Your point seems to be that you feel threatened and insecure.

I agree. The Knoxville faithful deserve to see a game between two really good teams occasionally.

2-1 in the natty in the Superdome could be worse. How has georgia fared in national title games in New Orleans?

So, it sounds like there is a on census here:
Move the SECCG to SHREVEPORT.
It’s really a no- brainer once you think about it.

Why not rotate between New Orleans, Atlanta and Nashville (best location imo). 3 NFL stadiums, 2 enclosed
