They did a great job with the list, lots of friends made top 50 and lots made top 100. Some surprises along the way, but all in all I agreed mostly.

AF made the pits they run at the restaurant, so he understands the dynamics.
If you’re needing it by next school year you’re options to get a pit from one of the big boys will be slim since most have at least a year+ waiting list. I run Big Phil’s Smokers out of Caddo Mills. His turn around time is a few months and his pits run flawlessly. With your budget you won’t have a problem getting a nice trailer mounted 500, I wouldn’t recommend anything smaller for what you’re doing.

Great run, he was awesome over the years. My favorite story of his was when he talked about running out of the tunnel with a turkey on a leash while coaching at Indiana. I would pay money to see a clip of that. :cheers: Coach!
