Ah, none of you have any freaking idea what Urban has or doesn't have health wise. None of us should know chit about this, and don't know chit.
I understand how Urban would be disgusted that Cam Newton probably got paid to go to Auburn, won a Heisman, and a NC, and all he got from Cam, is an increase on his player's arrest record, and grief from the cheating problem he had at UF. I would be pissed too.
I think Urban knows a lot of chit, about the cheating going on particularly at FSU (lots of rumors about this class), and what went on at TN during the Kiffin tenure.
There may be other stuff we don't know about.

Golly, I wonder how Urban could know all that stuff so intimately? I bet the UF boosters helped him! I know of one in particular that Emmitt Smith's mom got a really nice job working for...

FSU cheating isn't new. Meyer talking about cheating is like the pot calling the kettle black. The man needs to lay off the sleeping meds and he'll be ok.

Didn't he have the clearing house check into PP7's transcripts, which delayed his enrollment @ LSU, when Peterson declined his offer.
And he got Percy Harvin's girlfriend a gymnastic scholarship before he moved down to G.ville.

Listen, some of you're taking this shite way too seriously. He did a radio interview in which he stated CFB needs to be cleaned up. The same thing we have all been bitching about on here for a long arse time now. We all know the SEC is corrupt and the NCAA is as well. If Urban wants to call them out on their allowance of the B.S., so be it. That's his call, and none of us can dictate what Urban does or doesn't say. It has nothing to do with arrests at UF or this or that. Some of you missed the boat big time and others took the quotes out of context.

This is basically just another way for Meyer to keep the spotlight on ghim rather than someone else. Just like the timing of all of the other instances. He made sure to mention that HE submitted a report of ways to curb it all and HE is holier than thou and wants to clean everything up. He just wants to be in the spotlight no matter what its for.

I know, instead of being like Mark Richt, such a NICE christian guy. You know, he is soooo nice, that nobody brings up that he has a worse arrest record than Urban. Urban isn't a good 'ol boy. He will never be a good 'ol boy. So I'm not surprised non Florida SEC people don't get him.

Does Meyer ever not whine about something. He reminds me of the kids in school who got a bad grade or something and blamed the teacher for not liking them.

Dont know how Richt got into the discussion, but....yea he had a lot of arrests, he dismissed a lot of players too. As far as your NICE guy comment, I think he is, some say thats been his weak link on the field. Who knows, but I dont really see him seeking the spotlight for anything which is the only thing I said about Meyer, so who knows where you are going with that

You called Urban hollier than thou, and that just rubbed me the wrong way, specially knowing the media perception of Urban vs Richt.
Urban has dismissed his share of players as well. I KNOW that if Rainey, or Spikes would have been on other teams, fans of those teams would view things in a totally different light. Spikes got crucified in the media for the eye gouging incident, but GAg players are notorious for their antics on the field, and nobody says anything. Nobody brings Mark up when they talk about programs that are "out of control".

Where does this guy get off with his lecturing about coaching integrity?
The FB player arrest record while he was at UF had to be among the 5 worst in the country.
His handling of the Marcus Thomas "indefinite suspension" was the clincher for me. Guy was held out of some meaningless games, only to be miraculously reinstated just in time for the LSU game a few years back.
