Yea it's not like that anymore. At least in Florida. I am on my 27th year. Master's degree. National certification my state retirement at 30 years is estimated to be 1600 a month.....
I had it years ago and it was torture waking up in the mornings and trying to get up right away. I did the foot rolling things. The boot to sleep in etc. I finally bought a pair of Asics gel - Kayano shoes. I actually changed into them at the mall when I bought them and spent rest of day in them from about 3-8 or so. Woke up the next morning and the pain was significantly better. Wore them the rest of the week and had zero pain in mornings. It would still come back after a day of dress shoes or flip flops. But just started wearing them all the time. I am on my feet a lot at work and just got a solid black pair to wear. Its been a few years now and I can go barefoot, wear flip flops. Anything I want with no issues. A friend at work had it as well and he tried the the same shoes and he said it fixed his as well. They were about $150 new a few years ago but I haven't bought them in 2-3 years now. I know you could get the previous years "model" from Amazon for around 100 or less. I think they made a new model each year around November
A coworker and her husband bought into a few years ago and always are sure to drop it into a conversation whenever we go to dinner with them and someone new to the group is there. They make decent money but are the definition of keeping up with the Jones's. Our daughter rides horses so they signed theirs up. Another is in gymnastics so they do the same.
They bought a jeep with a huge lift on it because 2 others had them. But they only had 4 matching wheels with a 5th design on the spare "because the dealer only had 4 in stock" lol
They sent everyone videos taking it "mudding" with them filming each other driving through a 6" deep mud puddle doing about 10mph
That's the kind of people that buy timeshares lol

re: Caulking exterior window frame?

Even if I have weep holes between bricks at ground level? I just stripped and recaulked window frames last month and had never heard of not doing it around the frames. My house is all brick and has gaps down near ground level between bricks that are weep holes.
Jinjer at house of blues in Orlando in December will be fun

Costco surface pro bundle question

Posted by new92 on 5/2/21 at 9:35 am
If anyone has a membership that doesn't mind checking a price for me could they check zip code 32068?
I can go join Costco to buy if it's worth it but since it's on other side of town I won't use it often

Want to buy my teen graduating a surface pro for school and light business use. Thanks for any help

Watching this because I have been wondering exact same. Hate to burn $50 and it's too hard for them but I really want to play.
Mine are ages 8, 11, 13.

re: Ps5 must buys?

I don't know lol. My 2nd grader is all about some roblox. Prodigy. And minecraft haha. I just mentioned her age because she is the youngest. Her older sister's mainly play on rainy days or late nights during summer and holidays. We have 2 xboxes 2 switches and they all have hand me down laptops. I told the wife I wouldn't pay the money for one but heck it's free so something different to do sometimes. I hadn't thought about all the old titles and things. I am sure I will hang on to it because she has already told her sisters and grandparents that's "it's hers" when they tell her she should sell it lol

Supposed to get it tomorrow at a presentation at the school. Mainly just thought it was a cool story. Like I always assumed the majority of those giveaways were fake and stuff.

Ps5 must buys?

Posted by new92 on 4/20/21 at 1:04 pm
I haven't had a PlayStation since bought PS3 for The Show years and years ago
Pretty much only bought Xbox for years and mainly PC for now. Was going to get my kids a new xbox this summer but then found out yesterday that my 2nd grader won a PS5 for participating in school fundraiser lmao.
So any must haves that are PS exclusive? I mainly play rpgs. Kids play everything on switch and xbox but lean towards pokemon and Mario platformers? Just curious been away from Sony for so long.

MTG Arena

Posted by new92 on 3/9/21 at 7:24 am
I know some have talked in the past about playing MTG. I had been out for a few years after multiple local shops closed. A couple of months ago my cousin mentioned mtg arena. Downloaded it but couldn't get through the tutorial because of flashbacks to the old duels of the planeswalkers or whatever it was called.
Just in case anyone didn't know about it or hasn't tried it. MTG arena is legit fun. I am having more fun with it than I did with paper just because of the convience. Don't have to load everything up and drive and hope someone is playing
The only thing I wish is if they had a chat system

Anyone else playing? Favorite decks? I am currently playing monowhite life gain and rogues.

The new chromecast makes checking all the different apps for current movies a non-issue now. I know that wasn't a con listed for everyone but having one home screen that lets you play all the movies/shows from what apps you have linked saved me a huge amount of time. I used to either forget which app had the show or got tired of browsing. Now I check the recommended or just voice search it and it auto starts the apps

Wow. I have 4 lines unlimited everything. Phones paid for. $187 but thinking about swapping to visible. On Verizon now
Just picked up 2 fossil gen 5 smart watches for 189. Normal price was 299. Almost bought one this weekend to replace my old huawei 2 and glad I didn't now

re: Google Play Music is no more

I get some of your points. Especially the one voice thing. We have the family plan and it gets annoying when I am listening and one of the kids start their music and it cuts mine off. But that's been an issue before YT music. On the casting thing I don't have any issues casting to any of my speakers or video devices
They give step by step directions to all of it. They will even sit on the phone with you and walk you through it of you want. Crutchfield is the absolute best way to go

Once I ordered a headunit and thought I was missing a pack of screws. Called them just to confirm the size so that I could go to Lowe's or somewhere and buy replacements. Found them under a flap in the box as I was on the phone and the guy said he would stay on the phone while I checked to make sure they fit. Told him it may be 30 minutes because I wasn't even to that step and he was like no problem I will just wait if you want. Changing headunits in 90% of cars is pretty freaking easy with their directions. They show where all the screws/fasteners are. Even point out the hidden spots that may be tricky
