Throwing a pick because you’re under pressure is completely different than missing wide open receivers. Chambliss wasn’t very good once LSU started blitzing him. He had what, a little over 60 yards passing in the 2nd half until the last drive when LSU’s defense played a soft zone again?
All credit to him though, the game plan was to make him beat LSU with his arm and he succeeded in that with ease. Once the pressure started coming he was overthrowing receivers pretty regularly. You can keep your Ole Miss tinted glasses on all you want, it will just make this inevitable collapse that much sweeter.
Tape don’t lie buddy. Yall should have lost by 10-14 points. Teams with a more accurate QB will take advantage of what LSU AND Louisville missed.
Y’all have actually been pretty fortunate so far this year. Y’all could just as easily and actually statistically lucky to be 3-0 and would have been much more likely to be 1-2/2-1. Better hope that horse shoe doesn’t dislodge from drunk Pete’s arsehole anytime soon.

If you’re being honest with yourself the tape shows you should have lost to LSU by 10-14 points.
It’s not like you stopped LSU, wide open receivers were missed just like Louisville. It’s ok though, continue celebrating. The fall will be sooo fun to watch.

Agree. I’m not sure why an LSU fan started this thread, but FWIW almost every OM fan who’s posted here has said slow down.
