Realistically, I just want to feel rested and recovered. I'm pretty satisfied with my body comp at the moment (6' 204lbs). Was looking into HGH (or actually tesa) for help with sleep and recovery. I get a full panel every year. T was 473 (i'm 36) this past year but I just looked for IGF1 and it was not tested.
