Recency bias but man I love watching Jaylen Waddle when he has the ball

Like Cadillac/Ronnie at Auburn and Darren McFadden/Felix Jones at Arkansas.
Recently, I respect Jalen Hurts for sticking it out at Bama then going on to grow as a QB at OU.

I really liked Prothro back in the day. He went to a really small school about 15 mins down the interstate from where I grew up. He was a really nice guy too. He came to give a talk to the athletics department at my school one year and stayed around to sign autographs and just talk to some guys about life and football.

Fred Taylor and Earnest Graham. People forget how good some of Spurrier's running games were.
I also liked watching Tashard Choice at GT. Not the most talented RB in the world but that dude ran hard and he ran angry.

fun n gun wrs in the 90s, however, Spurrier and UF can SAD.
Tebow in the 00's.
Tua now. One of my favorite players ever. Will root for him. Great kid, leader, and overall good guy.

Back in the day -- I think I liked the running backs:
Bo Jackson definitely.
Emmett Smith. Earl Campbell. Herschel of course.
Recently though ...
Cam Newton when he was playing at Auburn. Dude was really a man amongst boys when he would run the ball. Got that impression watching him against us and Georgia.
There were always a lot of guys at Alabama I wish we could have had: Tua obviously, some of Jalen's runs were train-like and fast for a QB. Eddie Lacey's spin move. Amari Cooper, Julio and Jaylen Waddle. On defense, I liked to watch Rolando McClain. Dude was a psycho LB. So, yeah, damn near every Bama player (except Barrett Jones, POS
but good player though) I wish we could have had.
At Ole Miss, I always liked Tony Fein. Helluva player and good guy overall. So sad he left too early.

For Auburn, besides the obvious Cadillac Williams/Ronnie Brown duo, they had some stud tackling machines at middle linebacker in the Tuberville era that were fun to watch. Karlos Dansby comes to mind.

Forgot about McCallister. Loved that guy.

I liked John Avery at Ole Miss, JJ Johnson at MSU, Bradie James at LSU, Karlos Dansby at Auburn. Fred Taylor at Florida (the reflective visor+bandana look in the 90s was great)
Tennessee is probably the only school that as a kid I was like frick all those guys.

Armani Watts & Christian Kirk
Spoke with them and some other Aggies on sixth street once in 2017 while they had a bye week during the season. Super nice guys.
No way Kirk was even 5'10", but he was built like a brick shithouse
