Bo Jackson is still one of my favorite athletes and he is a redneck who likes to hunt and fish.

But for me
Tua
Tebow

Both guys have done nothing but show class and grace in their lives and were/are exceptional football players.

I really like Tua, like Tebow I hate when he is dropping dimes on my team. But seems like a great kid, great teammate and leader and I have never seen a QB as pin point accurate on deep passes as that guy. He was fun to watch.

Oh sure. Plenty.

Tua for one. Derrick Thomas Thomas, Shaun Alexander, "touchdown" Tony Nathan from when I was a little kid.

Herschel, David Pollack, Stinchomb brothers,

Probably my favorite all time player to watch that did not wear an Auburn uniform was the Honey Badger. Hard not to like Joe Burrow also. Guy is a winner.

Tebow and Emmitt Smith are my favorite Gators of all time.

While they are not a rival so to speak, I really liked watching the Pillsbury Throw-boy play. May he rest in peace.

Growing up as a kid, no.

As I got older there have been plenty of Bama players that I rooted for individually, usually bc of personal connections.

I actually have an autographed copy of this issue of SI from the player on the cover:

Got it framed, but it's in the back of my closest instead of hanging

He wasn't very likeable off the field.

Good thread since fan bases mostly talk trash about each other.

1. Herschel Walker
2. Tim Tebow
3. Chris Doering
4. Scott Woerner great guy. Met him a dozen or so years ago.
