I answered in the capacity that it's doable.

No. It's still the only thing worth watching.

I know. Vegas went out of business long ago because of it.

More artificial, forced parity attempts? Like the NFL? You can keep that dumpster fire.

Even I wanted more level playing field, that wouldn't fix anything. It would simply transition the mechanics of inequity to a different form and the theatre would change would change to fit. I like the bullshite as we have it now.

You want to spark interest? Replace Duke, New Mexico, Southern Miss and W. Carolina with Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Clemson and one more conference game. Now you've got something worth watching.

I agree...and I think they're realizing it. As a season ticket holder, I HATED the neutral site game trend. After Bama plays Miami in Atlanta next season, the ooc home/home scheduling starts looking much better with Texas, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, etc in the next decade.

Lower ticket prices and adopt the 9 conference game schedule. Then you have the big OOC matchup. After that I have no problem with a couple of breathers sprinkled in, but no more than 2.

That 2019 home schedule was absolute crap for season ticket holders.

The GD liberals have f****d it up along with everything else. Socialist Marxist faculty have long hated football. Decades of socialist brainwashing now have a student base more concerned with stupidity than school pride and self accomplishment. Look at Texas..a once proud school, now dildo U. All of the SEC institution’s heritages are being attacked.

Enforce rules on recruiting violations. Punish harshly and the talent may be more evenly dispersed and maybe won't see the same 4-5 teams competing for CFBP.

Get rid of the targeting ejection.

Bring defense back

I don't know if it would help the sport overall but for me personally I would enjoy it more if they got rid of the targeting foul and restricted offensive linemen to one yard downfield on passing plays. Not enough defense anymore for me, others may disagree though

I think so, there's no regional balance at all.

What would correct it?
I think we need the Pac 12 to revive, but that's going to fall on those universities and the West Coast culture as much as anything.
Otherwise, the country remains tilted towards the East.

Similar issues lie in the North; Ohio State, Penn State and Notre Dame are good. We need Michigan to come back, and would be nice to see one of Pitt/Boston College/Syracuse too.

As much as anything, I think the fix would be to break up the P5- seriously.
Those Northern schools I listed, plus others like Nebraska and Miami/Florida State- they're in 2 total conferences. Ohio State and Clemson dominate them, and there's an established pecking order that carries over in recruiting each year. Same thing happens to Arkansas.

Spread the teams around in more conferences, you get more room for someone to move up and take prominence.
