Florida is already sitting at 3 losses and with Georgia coming up may have 4 by the end of the year

He was in the SEC championship last year so I would think he'd get another year but that didn't happen for shark man so, I don't know

Probably not on the hot seat yet officially, but a growing number of fans and former players sure seem to want him gone. When he loses to Georgia, and mails it in for one more game this year the hot seat talk will really get going.
Gators should be way ahead of where they are now with a coach in his 4th year if that coach was worth a shite.

Probably shouldn't be. Florida's clearly a work in progress, and they don't have the kind of QB that Mullen's looking for.

Yes they do, Mullen won't play him.

Mullen's seat is hot with Gator fans, probably not with the administration. If he doesn't fire Grantham it will get hotter.

I was looking at some of the UF message boards this weekend after the LSU game and he isn’t very well liked. I’d fire Gratham if I was him to buy time

That’s because, like we said when y’all hired him, he’s a lazy motherfricker when it comes to recruiting. It won’t end well at Florida.

I don't know if the seat is hot but its certainly getting mighty warm. Saying you don't have the players in place is one thing in the first year or two at someplace like Arkansas or USC during a ground up rebuild. Saying you don't have the players at year four in Florida is completely different.

Yeah and Mullen is the top dog in Florida coaching with a down FSU and Miami. He needs to capitalize on that with those Florida athletes

He should be. They're 4-6 in their last 10 games with the only two P-5 wins in that stretch being Tennessee and Vandy, and he's definitely about to frick up their QB situation in a bigly yuge way.

He's 4-6 in his last 10 games against P5. It should be pretty warm. Losing to a LSU team that fired it's coach is not a good omen.

Yep. And recruiting classes in the 10-15 range yearly won’t put the results on the field that Florida fans want. That’s only about 10 spots higher than he was at Mississippi State. That’s not gonna cut it for a school that expects to be in the championship hunt yearly.

Not having the right players?

I just looked and Florida’s recruiting has been top 10 or close to it for four years.

Muffin has no legitimate excuse.

I would think Dan allows Todd to look around (in a hurry) after the season is done. It appears Todd is really struggling to stop these spread attacks (even though others are having the same problem). JMO but it is more the Jimmy and Joe's on defense that are the problem but that also goes back to the HC and staff (recruiting).

UGA is going to maul Dan and the Gators this year.

Not at all. He just needs more time.

Probably not yet. But he'll be forced to fire Grantham at least before next year.

He's on the verge of losing the fan base if he plays Emory over Richardson any longer.

I think he gets next year no matter what at this point though.

Florida fans just need to realize that they really aren’t that good anymore, and don’t get the talent that Bama, LSU, and UGA bring in on a consistent basis. Firing Dan would be a mistake on their part
