I know ST fans were pissed last year, but that guy is killing it in recruiting.

So now you guys have:

WR:

#1 Heath
#4 Johnquarise Patterson
#5 Anderson-Butts
#14 Caleb Ducking

#1 WDE Jordan Davis

#5 SDE Tre Lawson

#1 OG Sebastien Dolcine

#8 SDE Benjamin Key

That's to go along with last years class:

#5 OT Cross

#6 DT Pickering

#7 QB Shrader

#3 Safety Fred Peters

#2 OG Sharpe

#3 WR Payton

#3 RB Walker

Add Zuber

Add Stevens...

I know some of these are Juco, but they are hauls none the less.

Maybe we will now get a challenge in the SEC!

Mississippi JuCos are loaded with talent.

They always have been.

There's just one major problem with loading up on JuCo players every year.

So out of 50 recruits.. those I listed were JUCO and you think that does not work. Where did Sweat go in the NFL? Abrams?

Both 1st rounders... both were Juco transfers...

sure wish you would put some names beside those ranking and positions.

All I saw at RB and WR for the '19 class were a bunch of 3*s.

are any of those guys non juco?

Abrams was a 3 star and went first round
Sweat was a 3 star and went first round

Yep. they are.

That's like Heath. He was a 4 star coming out of HS.

Since you guys can't seem to get it done. Most negative fans in any sport...... MS ST fans...

Here is hoping for some actual competition from somebody....

He is good when he posts here. Spends a little too much time on poli, but solid poster.

MSU, OM and USM are lucky to have 8 or 9? jucos within the state to compliment the HS talent. These guys are sometimes completely unknown by the recruiting jocks. I mean, Vick Ballard was an absolute unknown 3* and either led or tied for the most rushing touchdowns in the SEC in 2010.

If JOMO can get his system implemented and it works as billed you may get your wish in a year or two.

I hated what he did last season which was refusing to either shite or get off the pot with offensive philosophies but understand the dilemma he faced, he now has 2-3 years to prove he is really an offensive genius, we will have to wait and see how it works out.

A decent defense will never be the issue at MSU

What would a catastrophic loss be this season for him?

I should not have to build a list for you guys... BUT simply because I'm here and am still thinking MS St will be our main competition in 2019... I'm looking.

Let me help you get excited. Sweat was a first rounder. He is being replaced by Rivers. His stats show he is in line with the production of Sweat... just needs more time on the field. In fact, should his stats stay true... he would pass Sweat in certain categories.

Sweat was the #6th WDE in the nation out of JUCO.

Rivers was the #1 WDE....

I did not post all of the players. Like Champion.. #5 OT in the nation... or Phillis the #2 OG

Players like Autry that was #2 DT

Want to know why you are projected to have the #2 defense? Because you have the talent and a coach that knows how to coach.

I can't believe Ms St fans are this clueless as to what they have and return.

BTW... your OL may be the best in the SEC.... and I don't say that lightly.
