You can take Leach, we'll keep Kirby. He has Georgia rolling right now and recruiting has never been better. Its entirely possible they finish 11-1 with a trip to Atlanta.

Can you hear that?

It's another 5star QB committing to Georgia

They had 9 turnovers, nobody does that and survives.

sure. the pirates players just needed a reminder of why they were winning before last night. can't just show up and go through the motions.

No , he’s trash. He took over a talent laden Washington State team and ran it in the ground.

Yes, Won at TT and has made Wazzou respectable. Until tonight had friggan Luke Falk -Walkon QB-in the early Heisman convo.

I'd take him in a heartbeat.

Probably because you have some delusions that he would figure out the defense and start giving a shite about recruiting.

He's a weird dude, good coach, no defense, love to have him in the SEC, just not at Bama

He called his team last night "a pathetic bunch of front-runners!" He'd probably be the first coach quoted on "The Meltdown"...wonder how that'd set with the fans?

I agree he is a good coach. But I don’t see him as a championship caliber coach. His best bet is to stick a lower profile job.

People act like Texas Tech was some three win program before he got there. He improved them. A little bit.

One of my greatest fears as far as college football is that he becomes the coach at Auburin. With their 4-5 star players it would be exciting times.

It’s one thing to get upset. It’s something else altogether for the #8 team in the country to get curb stomped by an unranked Cal team.
A quote from a recap of the game:

Cal was just 1-52-1 against top 10 teams since 1978 with the only win coming over No. 3 Southern California in 2003 before breaking through against mistake-prone Washington State.

''There's no bright spot. We were pathetic,'' Cougars coach Mike Leach said. ''We're a bunch of pathetic front-runners.''

That’s piss poor pitiful and then Leech calls out his team. How much of that is on you, Pirate? You’re the guy in charge. What a douchebag.

When your team has that many turnovers, I think it is perfectly fine to call them out.

USCe beat the shite out of Bama once. Saban was therefore not the coach he was the week before?

What Leach said was true. That team is not used to people telling them how great they are so just show up and win.
They may lose again next week but I bet they have a different attitude.

I'll take Leach right meow. If we're gonna be shitty, let's go down in style.
