We could put two of your pussy arse stadiums in ours.
Tiger Stadium is an old stadium We like it that way. Theres only so much you can do with a stadium that's nearly 100 years old. LSU has done a good job of making upgrades.

I think the replies on page 1 tell you how awesome Tiger Stadium is.

It's top tier, but i wouldnt say it way better than any other sec night game between 2 ranked teams. It's definitely loud af, very consistent, and full of people that pretty much live just for that. Baton Rouge is also big for a college town. That makes a pretty big difference. Not only is a top toier capacity stadium, but a lot of those people live in town, or within 20 minutes. That means they are comfortable, have been there all day, and are willing to get drunk af and can make it home easily. The food is head and shoulders above the rest. LSU is also perpetually in that position where we are fighting for something in every game. We arent dynasty bama where we just blow everyone out of the water, but we are usually ranked well into november, and play a lot of very meaningful games. We also have a lot of semi rivalries which contributes to the atmosphere. Florida, Auburn, Ole Miss, Arkansas, A&M, Bama are all huge games where the fans can make a big difference. Hell, even miss state is kind of a rivalry. For the past 25 years we've pretty consistently been in that tier just below elite, and that sets us up for a lot of nailbiter games that are decided in the 4th Q. That really pumps up the atmosphere.

Death valley(LSU)
Neyland Stadium
The Swamp
Sanford Stadium
Kyle Field
should see a good game at(the last one to see what it is like at a "men who like men l" convention if they had one.

Is it truly a top tier atmosphere ?
Not when Jalen Milroe comes to visit. More like "Dead Valley."

What areas of Tiger Stadium need a facelift. Tell us specifically from what you've seen in person........
As an LSU season ticket holder, I will tell you he’s not wrong. The outside of Tiger Stadium is beautiful, but its interior, especially its terraces, are a disgrace. Im pretty sure there are still large hundred year old generators covered in dust near the student section

Night games in DV are fun/exciting.
For a non-SEC team, it's def top tier.
For an SEC team, it's another Saturday.

The exterior west side of the stadium could certainly use a face lift. They should replace that massive bronze/brown colored translucent awning looking shite with glass.
For godsakes cover the damn pvc pipe sticking out like a sore thumb.
And where it reads “Scotty Moran Championship Plaza” it should read “Welcome to Death Valley”
I mean thanks for the donation but no one knows who that is and it’s one of the first things you see when you walk into the stadium.

I plan to go next time we go there. Hopefully next season. I want to hit up every stadium in the SEC as a bucket list trip. I've been to Bama and Fayettnam so far. This year I plan to go to the Florida and Lexington road games.
I expect Baton Rouge to be fun even if it's hostile.

I’m making the trip for our game there this year. Never been and really looking forward to it

I can't wait for that game after how things ended last year.
There's an 7 part SEC documentary on Netflix right now called Any Given Saturday and one of the episodes covers LSU @ SCar from last year.

OU fan thought Auburn was louder but I don’t think LSU fans were that juiced up after getttng slammed by Bama by 30 points the week before . They were Rdy to fire Kelley and even though it was a 7 pm espn game it didn’t have the normal feel. So far I think OU fans have been impressed with Tenn Auburn LSU Bama stadium having already played there and we already know Kyle field is loud from big 12 days ..Ole Miss crowd was underwhelming maybe because they were shocked they were losing at halftime . Missouri crowd was average imo. I am looking forward to seeing Bama crowds reaction this year after we beat them recently pretty good. They always have a good crowd and I am sure it will be louder if we are any good this year .

Are you guys going to take out seats to add more luxury boxes/seats? A lot of schools started doing that. I think we just finished up that project.
