Also, since the Iron Bowl series started back in 1948, here are the number of wins each program has against Alabama during that time period:
29- Auburn
27- Tennessee
21- LSU
11- Georgia
11- Florida
10- Mississippi St
9- Georgia Tech
8- Ole Miss
7- Vanderbilt
7- Arkansas
5- Southern Miss
5- Tulane
5- Notre dame
5- Penn State
Auburn has more wins over Alabama since 1948 than Tennessee does.

Cheering for "no one" is the correct answer and you really think the majority on this board weren't cheering for Bama??? And the majority I know personally
were also cheering for Bama.

Wasn't much a Super Bowl in the 80's and 90's was it?

Got to love your hypocrisy, never stop.
About what? Our school did the Soulja Boy crap the ENTIRE YEAR in '07 and not just because we were playing
Auburn amd yes I couldn't stand it.
So what exactly was your opinion of what hapanned in Auburn?
I'm sure you though it was hilarious, correct?

Welp that settles it...and based upon your constant agitation towards AU on this board I ca't see any reason why your friends would do such a thing....

If you admit your school is classless then okay, but you should probably do so before calling another classless as well...

Well it appears(although one would think not possible) your vagina became more inflamed...

Wow, laughing at you. I hope you do not go anywhere near an educational facility to teach. You are the most uninformed person I have ever met. Perhaps you need to talk to somebody who actually speaks and understands the English language. WOW.......

fam the idiom is "have to"* as a synonym for "must," which I assume you meant, because "they have also" makes zero sense in context.
Holy cow at proving my point. Did you get those English classes at NWFSC?

And there’s a 40 year period where they didn’t even play one another

Auburn had a lead in the series before bear got there. He had a ridiculous record against Auburn and we have been trying to even the series since then
The Auburn lead was due to the 7 win from 1893 to 1906....
then Auburn back out of the series (I know it was a disagreement in refs, travel, money, etc....)

Auburn offered four possible dates to play. Before a reply was made, two of the dates passed and it was too late to change dates of other games. There were still two chances to play, including Nov. 21 when Alabama had a game schedule with Haskell Institute, an Indian school, and Nov. 28, the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
Alabama would not cancel the Haskell Institute game, honoring its contract. That ruled out Nov. 21, and the Auburn Board of Trustees refused to change its long-standing rule prohibiting football games after Thanksgiving. The Auburn-Alabama series had stopped.
So Auburn dropped the series because Alabama was honorable?
