shaky 11-win season since a bunch of those games were close and could've gone either way, got away with some wins they probably shouldn't have

An LSU fan making fun of a team winning 11 games in any manner is peak rant. LSU has not had an 11 win season this decade and has just one in the last 15 years. LSU just spent over $150 million to try to have an 11 win season.

Every team can pay players now, openly, not just Bama behind the scenes

Your contention is that Bama was free to pay players behind the scenes? No one else could figure it out, and everyone else was doing recruiting fairly and above board? The NCAA was just giving Saban a pass, right?

Why is this thread made every year at this time? And the OP that makes it is always certain.

Official visits just started. It’s only June. It’s over 6 months to ESD.

Have fun coping this year knowing you're stuck with Kalen Dubose and Ryan Grubbhub for the foreseeable future

It's reasonable to me to assume nobody is going to recruit as well as Saban, but according to 247 composite, post Saban

#2 2024 class
LINK

#3 2025 class

#2 2026 class
LINK

Rodney Orr, at TiderInsider, said this next class will probably be only about 15 signees, so by sheer number, it won't be ranked as high

take the number of years you would use for LSU, subtract 1 from that number of years, and that is your answer

Seems like there is a different board for a recruiting conversation.

One playoff appearance. Ever.

Your kids’ kids will never see LSU have a winning record in the Alabama/LSU series.

Alabama has more 11 win seasons in the last 10 years than LSU does in the 132 year history of LSU football.

Even Nick Saban was only able to win more than 10 games once in five seasons at LSU. Nick Saban averaged less wins at LSU than Deboer has at Alabama.

You are trying to troll Alabama for averaging 10 wins per season under Deboer all while no LSU coach in history has ever averaged 10 wins per season at LSU.

Sure wasn't Bryant-Denny West when Saban lost the last game he coached there

But Bama used to sign 15+ 5 stars every year, not three.

What?

The most 5-stars Alabama has signed in a single class is 7.
