As I stated on another link. $2 mil is set aside for stud portal QB, LT, RB, WR. Sophomores & freshmen are the ones playing lights out.
UGA, Ohio State, Florida trying to poach big time. Despite all the negativity not a single commit has flipped.Just landed another this past week.

The freshmen playing know the direction of the program and the 2 positions needed.

Both back up QB’s can not run the system and will not return next year at this time.

I get the jokes…. Easy target but…Hugh has not stopped since day one. Old news but the man inherited a mess.

Next year Aubie will have a legit OC with Freeze taking a more CEO role.

Yes, & Auburn clearly has more NFL talent than Arkansas, Vandy, New Mexico State, Maryland & Cal.

And, PSA for Auburn fans - stop trashing the players to deflect from poor coaching. That’s not a good way to retain the kids on your roster. Hunter’s an underutilized freak. And, #5 is a legit pro WR.

Hunter nor KLS are getting drafted but maybe in the 5th or 6th rounds. We don’t have a player on the roster that’s a round 1-3 NFL draft pick. Our talent is well below average in the SEC. The offensive line doesn’t have a player that will ever see the field in the NFL. Freeze has kept us competitive despite of this.

Cal actually has several prospects that rank higher than anything we have.

And Freeze is an Auburn lifer? Freeze will be lucky to survive next year.

This is what I mean. Both of those dudes are extremely talented and will play on Sundays for a long time. Not sure why an Auburn fan would feel the need to minimize that to prove that Hugh’s been a great gameday coach?

You can say he should get more time (which I agree with if you’re going to do the HS thing) without eating your own.

Auburn hired Freeze for his reputation developing QB's and his offensive scheme & play calling. The 1st season Hugh couldn't coach because he was building relationships and recruiting. Then he shite-cans Montgomery, edges out the Auburn legend Cadillac Williams and Zac Etheridge for Derrick Nix & Austin Kent whom Hugh claimed were the best in the business.

Now he's about to reshuffle the deck again to become a CEO and step away from the very things Auburn hired him to do?
