Bruce Pearl is a very competent coach. Top 20/25 coach in America. Lol at everyone jumping on him after his first year squad lost to the best team in the United States this year. Bruce Pearl will be just fine at Auburn.

Bruce Pearl made Tennessee a fixture in the dance instantly. Auburn will be dancing consistently soon just like Tennessee was.

No question they are 1 and 2, I think there is a pretty good argument is Donovan #1 but it doesn't really matter.
As for Pearl, I think he is a good coach but at the same time he is a little overrated just because of how much attention he gets relative to his resume.
