Lets not get ahead of ourself with Hunter. I do think he is a solid AD but all of these coaches that are doing well were already in place.

He hired a top 10 basketball coach but he didnt hire any of these other coaches that are killing it at Arkansas

Maybe one of these days you might actually hold Bama to under 50 points then again maybe not.

Of course, they are the #1 program all time in the SEC, too . More Championships than the bottom half combined.

horseshite. Between 2006-2011 , a 5 year run, we won 10+ games 3 out of the 5 years, and won 9 in the off year...
Since then we had "Smile", Bert, and Chaggy... Clearly the reason is bad coaches. Even Nutt won 10 games twice.

When was the last time Auburn even had back-to-back winning seasons?

How many teams have BOTH Titles though? Only a couple SEC teams...
And we SHOULD have a baseball title, too. We'll take care of that this year. Then we'd almost stand alone. Only 4 teams have ever done that and Florida is the only SEC team to do it.
IF Arkansas can get that Baseball Natty they'd be THE only school with
Football Title
Basketball Title
Baseball Title
Triple Crown Track Winner.

We started the decade off with back-to-back 10+ win seasons...

What are you, 14?

Football is a given but nobody would take a Sweet Sixteen over an Elite Eight run.

Correct unless you throw in a regular season title and conference tournament title. Then I would take those, plus the Sweet 16 over the Elite 8.

Now a Final 4 may be different, but a Final 4 is still not a championship imo. Although some people would say it is since you won that region. So I still may take Bama's season in 2021 over Auburn's season in 2019.

What are 15? Won 10 in 2010 and 11 in 2011. Google is your friend if you are that dense.

I think it will be a close race for the SEC all sports title, if they are giving it out this year. Also it will be interesting to see if they pick back up the Director's Cup or wait until next year.

1 time in last 10 years
3 times in last 20 years
6 times in last 40 years
8 times in the last 50 years

Arkansas doesn’t traditionally win 10 games.

It’s actually insane that with their history they can’t put a better product on the football field

In the last decade they've had Jawnell Smith followed by Bert followed by the worst of the worst >> Chad.

Pittman will build a solid foundation and in only one year he'd already change the mentality of the players. You could see a night & day difference in their willingness to fight hard on the field.

It’ll take a top 10 level coach to be great at football again. On a per capita basis we produce some of the best basketball talent around but football we near the bottom
