what appears to be a spy balloon has been spotted hovering near Alex Box Stadium. It’s speculation that this spy balloon is gathering info on what it takes to be a championship program. It is unclear as to where this object came from but there are clues…

That would be a negative. I just call out fans of athletic programs that have been stagnant for years but continue to rag on programs that have contributed nothing in forever; in this case, the Vols, currently on Year 25 without a Big 3 national title.
