Kelly had a lot more talent around him on both sides of the ball. The reason why you can't comprehend how we feel about him is because you don't follow the team as closely as we do to see just how important he was to us this season.

No one holding a Heisman vote even knows who Nick Suss is and I doubt any of them read his dip shite article.
Corral didn't have the stats due to injuries. It's a weird year where no one stood out for the most part. I do think he should have received an invite but oh well. The world turns. Corral will be fine.

if a local beat writer took down corral...as incredible as that would look from the outside if true, corral had ZERO chance anyway. suss didnt end corrals chances, corral did.

He doesn’t deserve the Heisman though. Did Dak deserve it after going 10-2 and finishing 2nd in the West? His numbers were better than Corral’s.

personally, I think if Corral would have been healthy all season and had his top 4 targets available, he still likely wouldn't have won....his value to our program can't be measured by stats alone....
As far as Suss, not sure why a supposed Ole Miss beat writer would not only openly campaign against Corral winning but for Kiffin to take another job....

I agree Corral doesn't deserve the Heisman.
Dak had a chance to win the Heisman, or at least get invited to New York, and put Mississippi State in the inaugural playoff . . . but . . . they - the best team in Mississippi State's putrid football history - got beat by a hobbling Bo Wallace and a Rebel team decimated by injuries.
