Why would we care though when college basketball is the most corrupt of all the sports? I didn't care when Nick Saban was cheating at LSU either nor did I care when Miles did it or when Orgeron does it. I also didn't care when Johnny Jones did it. I cared because he sucked.

You should clarify one of your points of argument. You keep saying “his record against Bama”, but when pressed you clarify it to be “his record against Oats”.
And that’s not mutually exclusive of the idea that you and 95% of the Bama basketball fan base came around and started supporting the program for the first time ever in December of this past year. That’s the real humor in all of this. In two years when Oats has a Big Ten job, Bama basketball fans will be harder to find than Jimmy Hoffa.

If you don't like coaches who cheat, I expect you to lead the charge to get Saban and Oats fired soon.

Not to mention the fact that Alabama basketball is currently serving a 3 year probation, or the fact that Oats has been found guilty of more recruiting violations in his career than Wade has. I wonder if the pontoon boat he has now is as nice as the one he was shuttling recruits around on and partying in Western New York?

It's pretty fricking odd/surreal that he got caught on tape saying what he said and didn't really get in trouble. But I suppose it doesn't bother me all that much. Shady shite happens in collegiate sports all the time with coaches, most are just not dumb enough to get caught on tape, but again, good for him for somehow avoiding repercussions.
