At the risk of sounding like sour grapes, I never saw it with this kid. But, Kirby went after him with both guns blazing so the guys that get paid to do it like him.

Newman is a 2A school (division III) I believe, there's about 3 or 4 teams good teams in that division and the rest are average to not good.

That doesn’t mean he can’t be good. It just means we know less than if he had played better competition, which should make people wonder if the hype is warranted.

Saban didn’t buy into the hype either. When Bama took Eli Holstein as a commit, that seemed to reveal their sentiment on Manning.

Quinn Ewers: #1 overall player in his class

Arch Manning: #1 overall player in his class

Min Johnson: #253 overall player in his class

That’s why Texas is Texas and Aggie is nobody.

Imagine having a Jr. in high school commit and now you think you’re back.

Film analysis on point.

That’s why Manning signed up to play in the Big 12.

It's a Louisiana private school....there's nothing but over-privileged white boys out there.

I can’t imagine being the #1 recruit in the nation and wanting to spend my first two years playing Kansas, Iowa State and Texas Tech.

I guess he’ll have his junior and senior seasons in the SEC. But Texas is going to get absolutely curbstomped by SEC competition though

I just think it’s great that pretty much the entire SEC can actively root against a Manning QB for once.
