Holy shite…was he playing on Junior Varsity? Most of these kids he’s playing against look like 7th graders….

I kid you not, this is a blitzing middle linebacker from the opposing team:

So surely he put up some gaudy numbers against 2A / Catholic schools right? Here are his numbers last year:

Arch’s numbers against LHSAA 2A schools (per game average) in 2021:
65%, 194yds, 2.6td, 0.4int, 38ru yds, 0.7ru td

He has a couple of really good throws, but nothing on his hightlight tape really jumps out at you. He has 1 yd qb sneaks and screen passes on there.

I wish him nothing but success but all the hype is completely ridiculous.

Just saw an amusing tweet..."Arch will be the only Manning ever that will lose to Kansas."

I'm with you on that one. He might be the greatest thing to ever happen to college football but I haven't seen it in his clips. I wish him the best of luck but I'm worried the kid is going to flame out under the pressure.

If he was actually any good we wouldn’t have allowed him to get away

What a rookie?!?!? Get a clue dude he played at a very small school in NOLA and has had little competition thus far in his career. Go back to sleep

You have bigger problems to worry about like you’ve had over the past decade+. It’s called LSU…..LMAO

There are about 2 good teams in his level of LA football. The overwhelming majority would get physically dominated by the 5A public schools and private school equivalents.

Yes Stephen that’s the point I’m making. He’s won 2 playoff games in 3 years as a starter. Only won his district once (only 5 varsity football teams in 2A-District 11).

I've thought the same thing since his recruitment started. I wonder what his numbers look like in 7A against D1 kids.

I'm convinced if his last name was Johnson he would be a 2 star QB.

He may turn into a stud but right now I don't understand the hype.

as long as you are football smart and can toss the ball 30 yards accurately thats all that matters. he will be fine but If it were me I want the best line the best wr the best rb in the nation and he prob would have had that at his other 2 choices.

Didn't Peyton and Eli graduate from that high school? They turned out ok.

Peyton and Eli both played at that school too. Dude has offers from every school in the country for a reason. If you are of the idea that he is only getting these offers because of his last name, let me give you an example of why that is crazy. Bo Jackson's nephew was a 4* WR from Hoover and the only reason he is playing at Auburn is because AU had a late decommit and another guy get an offee from Clemson at the 11th hr. Same thing with Bobby Humphrey's kid at Alabama. Big time WR and ended up at Arkansas

Say what you want and believe what you will, but Lane stopped recruiting him and I think it’s because he agrees with you.
