One valid issue the Ags had with the LHN is when ESPN proposed high-school programming. Other schools objected. The Big 12 imposed a moratorium and the NCAA subsequently prohibited school-affiliated networks from broadcasting high-school games. The games weren't broadcast. So this became a rules change/restriction, not Texas being caught violating an existing Big 12 rule. They were never broadcast and the Ags were right that it would have been an unfair advantage.
Everything else? they voted YES and they know damn well if ESPN had come to them with a network offer they would have jumped on it.

Contract signing doesn’t matter. Sanky said under oath that players should not move on to the NFL and come back. Texas, Oklahoma, and South Carolina have players in their roster who moved on to the NFL, came back, and are playing under a TRO/injunction. So if the league’s stance is not defined or doesn’t differentiate between the players, how can they punish LSU and not the others?

Which could simply mean lsu is not part of the sec or faces financial fines here. A judge can dictate how the sec operates in Louisiana, simple solution the sec doesn’t have to operate in Louisiana
