I don't think they should be in it, if you can't win your conference you shouldn't get a chance for the NC ... that being said, Alabama set the precedent, since they've already cashed in on mulligans everyone else gets them too. Myself, I'm for a power 5 conf. champion + wildcard playoff, but the wild card would have to be an independent or conf. champion themselves.

LSU would be one of the 4 best teams. But they have cried like babies since 2011 about only conference champs deserve to be in.

I’m looking for Whisky,VA, Utah, Baylor and Georgia to win. And then laugh as Alabama slips $50mil to the selection committee and backs in and LSU is left out in the cold.

I have no problem with it. Yes it would be counter to many that claimed " you should have to win your conference to be in the playoff" but..conf championships are not always good indicators of the top 4...and that is the mandate of the committee...find the top4.

UNLIKE Bama, we would have lost a CHAMPIONSHIP GAME. Bama has backdoored into BCS and CFP without playing in a CHAMPIONSHIP GAME.
