Plus LSU is not taking a chance with a first time head coach.

What's the dumpster fire, outside of O?

The mess O will leave.

Look at your record since Burrow, Brady, and Ensminger won O the NC.

How does O losing games keep LSU from winning games once O is fired?

Not realistic, he doesn't like to recruit
He could grab an OC like Coley and an elite recruiting DC. Imo Brady would be a home run hire with the right recruiters around him.

There is no chance he would leave aTm for LSU. That is delusional thinking.

LSU's next coaching hire could get interesting with all the social justice going on at that school

Napier will be taking the Clemson job eventually once Dabi goes on to Alabama. I’m not saying you won’t get him, but when Clemson opens it might be near impossible to keep him.

The next head coach is going to have to measure twice and hold his nose if he wants to wade through all the scandal going on down there. I think if they fire Orgeron it might be with cause. That could get as ugly as Tennessee.

From your mouth to the LSU ADs ear!
Coley could set LSU's offense back 20 years.

I don't think it's that crazy, really. He'd be a great hire

Really? UGA, Florida and A&M, or are you saying that Georgia, Florida and Texas aren't talent rich states?
I think you are misreading his statement.
He's saying LSU is the only SEC school in Louisiana, which is a talent rich state.
UF is the only SEC school in Florida, which is a talent rich state. UGA is the only SEC school in Georgia, which is a talent rich state. A&M is the only SEC school in Texas(currently), which is a talent rich state.
What exactly am I misreading?

Didn't dabo fire napier?

And I don't know if Napier would want to go to LSU from ULL. He's a good coach, but seeing the hot name G5 HCs crash and burn at a big time P5 gigs makes me think his next step is to a lower tier P5 team and not a place like LSU.
He told a lot of people when Auburn came calling that he was dead set on the Alabama job.
I know, sounds ridiculous to me too, but a lot of conservative AU sources who are usually right and not rumor mongerers said that was the word out of his camp - that his entire path is built around being competitive for it when it opens. Whether that's true and whether that envisions an interim stop (I would think so?) - unclear.

Which makes me think a lower-mid tier P5 gig (not Kansas level bad, but more like NC State) would be his next job.
