One Article is even talking about a possible replacement for Ed Orgeron

With Ed Orgeron moving toward the hottest of hot seats, if he's not there already, here are five candidates to replace him as the head coach at LSU.

5. Joe Brady, Carolina Panthers Offensive Coordinator
4. Jeff Traylor, UTSA Head Coach
3. Stoops
2. Will Healy, Charlotte head coach
1. Billy Napier, Louisiana Head Coach

NIL money.

That and a few seasoned bag men is all that is necessary.

You left off Lane K, and there is a whole thread about Jimbo F. Seems like they really want Jimbo, but I think it'll be Lane

Maybe, but LSU has issues that might make him, not the best choice. I understand LSU is a top job. It is near the top on every list I have ever seen. Only SEC school in a talent rich state. I do think Kiffin would be interested, but I suspect LSU's next hire will be a man known for high character. Kiffin is a great coach, but is not exactly known for high character.

If I was Freshwater, I'd avoid LSU.

And I don't know if Napier would want to go to LSU from ULL. He's a good coach, but seeing the hot name G5 HCs crash and burn at a big time P5 gigs makes me think his next step is to a lower tier P5 team and not a place like LSU.

If I were LSU, I would avoid Freshwater at least for a few years.

If LSU ever gets a good, competent coach, they'll win damn near 10 games every season

Who is the best minority hire out there?

You are not getting a White male for a coach. GUARANTEED! LSU is on a mission to prove they are "woke".

Didn’t LSU get turned down by two other coaches before settling on O?

Shouldn’t there be a list of coaches who turn down LSU first?
