Who would make the cut? What SEC teams would be left out besides Vandy?

Ironically, LSU would not. There have been 30+ teams more relevant than LSU over the last ten years. tDecline is real.

Definitely in
LSU
Alabama
Georgia
Tennessee
Florida
Texas A&M

Bubble:
Arkansas
Auburn

Out:
South Carolina
Kentucky
Mizzou
Vanderbilt
Ole Miss
Miss State

The Big 12 would only get Texas and Oklahoma

ACC gets Syracuse, Florida St, Clemson, Virginia Tech, and Miami for sure.
Plus maybe North Carolina and Boston college

Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, Nebraska, and Wisconsin are in plus
Iowa, Michigan St, and Minnesota.

USC, UCLA, Oregon, Stanford, Colorado, Washington, and Arizona St are in.

SEC 6 teams

Alabama
Georgia
Auburn
Tennessee
Florida
Texas A&M

LSU would be in the FCS, since their fans don't want to be in a league they can't win. They don't even want to be in the SEC.

6 per conference? That would be stupid. The SEC has 10 programs better than the Pac12 or big 12’s 5th best program.

Tennessee is an infinitely more relevant college football program than Oklahoma State and it's a solid tier above Iowa. Iowa would probably make the cut of 32 but Oklahoma State wouldn't be close. Oregon State would be lucky if they were in the next group of 32.

1st it would be city dominant and not state dominant like college football due to market size.

What a stupid azz question. Not only is it stupid, it would make the college game like the boring NFL.

I can only come up with 23 sure things off the top of my head, but I'm sure I'm missing somebody.

Alabama
Auburn
Florida
Georgia
LSU
Tennessee
Texas A&M

Oklahoma
Texas

Clemson
Florida St
Miami

Michigan
Michigan St
Ohio St
Penn St
Wisconsin

Oregon
Stanford
USC
UCLA
Washington

Notre Dame

EDIT: Add Virginia Tech and West Virginia and I'm still only at 25. Nebraska I suppose based on history gets it to 26.

Everyone that keeps putting Texas A&M in over State does realize State has a winning record against them, correct?
