As if we are not impatient fans. That's a good one.

It's a fluid situation. Respect his decision.

I am not an LSU fan but it seems they are pretty happy overall.

He has lost two close games to two good teams in his first year. He had demolished several other teams.

I think he is setting the table for next year and win or lose he gets a pass this weekend.

Considering Kiffin's SEC road record up to now is 13-13, I would say it would depend in the manner of the lost. The lost to Kentucky was a bad lost, half a dozen opportunities to make one play and end the game. If Auburn comes out and is the better team and wins, then I would say it's par for the course over his coaching career in the SEC.

I’m sure there will be sky screamers.

Last year LSU score 30 points or more 2 times
Against Southeastern Louisiana University
And against University of Houston.

We lost to Houston.

We scored 30 or more 6 times this year.

We are still without Witt Weeks and we get our big man #1 receiver back Green this week.

If Lane losses to the team that last week beat #1 GA?
I almost expect it.
I may file a friend of the court brief in support of the SEC

I think more time would mean 1 more season to where they get fed up, but I don't think he gets fired. it's part of the new paradigm brought on with NIL. Huge coaching contracts and huge NIL investment in the roster. With high cost comes high expectations, but that also makes it harder to walk away from a coach with a huge buyout.

They are stuck with him. They cannot fire him.

Unless they catch him with an underage coed, I guess. Which could happen.

There haven't been enough opinions shared about Lane Kiffin on this board this calendar year.

We are moving the ball and slowing other teams from moving the ball

That is what football is. Eliminate the dumb mistakes and n9b9dy would even think about making this thread. All it took was 3 games and I hated BK

Auburn will likely let the UGA win go to their heads. LSU will catch Auburn like Auburn did UGA. Anyone could be coaching LSU and they will win.

They will still be worshipping and praising LK if he lost out on the season. They can't even admit he hasn't produced on the field as a whole.

I think Auburn will feed off the mojo from last week and also feed off the crowd, even though the game starts in the morning. Will be a lot of pent up energy in the crowd, and if Auburn starts winning, the crowd will be thirsty for blood.

If Auburn has a letdown game, I think it would come next week, whoever they play.

I feel pretty good about Kiffin this year so far and the offense is exponentially better than the previous 2 with BK. They’ve also shown ability to adjust during games. Close losses on the road will happen, and I think it’s in this team’s head now not performing on the road and they start a little tight. A basically total rebuild on offense with a ton of transfers takes time to come together. We’ve been competitive and our QB looks to have an ability to be coached and improve. Many of these transfers were reportedly 2 year agreements so we won’t have to hammer the portal quite as hard this offseason. Last week opened my eyes a little to there not being many super deep teams anymore with very few flaws.
