quote:shite, that sounds like game vs Washington. Bama racked up damn near a dozen penalties vs Washington's 3.
. you'll see a lot of bogus penalties on Clemson on Pitt 3rd and long passes. Clemson was penalized 9 or 10 times for 100 yards, Pitt was only penalized 3 times for 30 yards or so.
We have to spend this week cleaning up those areas.

who is the best passing QB that Bama has beat this year.
Probably Browning from Washington

wut? he looked terrible to me in the bama game and USC game. lol
in my opinion the ACC had better QB play than other conferences this year which is why ACC hasd the best bowl record.
anyway, i need to start writing up my victory posts to have them ready to go in the event Clemson wins the natty. I'm going to be with a redemption narrative and how the torch has been passed from Saban to Dabo. The student Dabo has become the master.

Heard an interview the other morning with a beat writer who was in the locker room after the game last year. He said that he was talking to a couple of players on D. He asked about the pride that they must feel after such a big win. The players said that they felt like the defence had lost to Clemson. That they had played so bad that they wanted to come back this year and make amends.
I think the game will not be as close as last year.
But if we lose I'm still a Bama fan.

I have a feeling about how this is going to go down. I will go into the game thinking Bama will lose. But they will play great and take a lead into the 4th. But Clemson will come back and win by a nose and I will feel like shite since it looked like a win.
Of course I could be wrong and Bama just beats that arse!

We have old ones already written from the past few years already.
Have a feeling when Clemson loses we will not hear from you again.

Also where does that term "Clemsoning" come from?

Bamas defense is great, but their offense is utter shite.
This just isn't true. If the game is called correctly the Bama offense will be just fine.

I would be much more confident about a win if we had a better QB. Hurts has not improved at all during the season. Yeah, he's calm and all that but that may be part of his problem. His throwing mechanics are really bad and have not improved. If we had Coker back there this game would be a blowout.
I expect to win but melting over a loss here ain't gonna happen.

I'm not the slightest bit confident about this game, so no. I won't melt at all.
If Alabama should win, however, more than a few LSU fans will melt and cry. Book it.

Saban has a built in excuse now if they lose. Throw Lane under bus

If Bama loses does this mean Kirby is better than Pruitt? Or are there just too many factors that are different this season?
Only if Clemson scores 41 or more points.

is it a 'dynasty' if bama lost to Okla and OSU in recent years, and probalby shouldn't have been given a rematch with LSU in the title game a few years ago?
they caught a break last year when they got Michigan State rather than Oklahoma. they were the 2 seed but got to play the least talented of the 4 playoff teams first.

ok, i don't think so.
last year both bama and Clemson finished 14-1 and Clemson had the better loss and played a tougher schedule.
