If the 2018 SEC championship game was only three quarters long. Georgia would have won.

Joe Burrow led the Tigers to 2 length of the field 75 yard scores in the 4th quarter. bama scored its last TD on a 80+ yard Hail Mary pass on its last offensive play. Facts. What facts back up your biased claim? Another fact: college football games last 4 quarters unless OT comes into play.

The Bama offense never had the football with a chance to take the lead in the 2nd half.

Then the periods would no longer be quarters.

LSU would have scored another 28 points if the LSU Georgia game was another quarter.

Tide rolls, congrats to LSU on winning the game and hold Ing on, but Alabama probably wins that game 7 of 10 times

1ST Bama was scoring so I get your point but Bama was not stopping Clyde so no Bama was never going to roll that day.

2nd as far as the 7 out of 10. If that game was played later in the season Dec or Jan for the playoff,
Bama loses by 3 TD's.

You're saying had there been another quarter, LSU scores another 19?

LSU was coasting for much of the third quarter, once it became apparent that they needed to score, they turned it on and did.

Twice.

OP trying to get Bama fans and LSU fans arguing again (like we really need more of that).

It didn’t work so well because it was a really dumb post.

Don’t let this thread distract you from the fact that Georgia hasn’t beaten Alabama in 13 years.

And LSU scored 23 in the second quarter so, yeah, 19 points in a quarter was doable.

You can’t say “it’s not possible” when they in fact, had already proven that they could do it.

Bama was fortunate that game did not get really really ugly. They certainly did not want to face LSU in the playoffs when the offense and defense were both firing on all cylinders. Especially with Mac Jones trying to lead the way. It would have looked like the Oklahoma game or the A&M game.

Because everyone else can say it was "lightning in a bottle" and "one good season" but Georgia got lit up by an average LSU team in 2018.

I’d like to think so. I’d also like to think that if Tua wasn’t hurt, we win. If he doesn’t fumble to start the game, we don’t get off on the wrong foot. If....If....If.

The truth is that LSU was the better team and if 2019 Alabama played 2019 LSU 10 times, LSU wins 7 times (at least).

Hail Mary pass?

Why do LSU fans need to make shite up? It's like they don't believe their own bullshite.
