Nope. 2020 will be his last. Then, Dabo. It's happening.

Being criticized publicly is like death to the grandiose narcissist. If the fawning wanes, he will not be long for the job. Bama fans better get on their knees fast and stay there and Pawwwwl better kick the Saban cheerleaders into gear fast.

Yep. I’ve been saying it since 46-41. I think he’s tired.

He’s even resorting to telling the media that it wasn’t fair that Gus tricksied him on a play.

His ego won't let him, he wants to go out on top and he knows that the 2021 season is his last shot.

Yea a total quitter. I guess it is fitting that a Missouri fan would be an expert on the subject.

Oh wow, somebody is sensitive today. You don’t seem very thankful on this beautiful Thanksgiving weekend.

I don’t think so. He wants to leave Bama with more Championships than the Bear. He’ll stay till he gets it, or dies.

He will retire on top, not coming off a 2 loss season.

I would agree, but not if Auburn is his last defeat.

Auburn was The Bear’s last defeat.

Was there more than his broken hip? Age does do bad things to a body.

No way the REC allows Gus to nail the coffin shut.

Gus already got Lester Miles fired. Making Saban quit is on brand

Next year in Tiger Stadium... You might feel different. Losing to Brennan is gonna break your fan base. This year you consoled yourselves with excuses... Peg Leg Tua, Burrow and Brady gone next year, won the second half....

Next year in Tiger Stadium half your team are first year starters...

Finebaum claims that with television contracts up for renewal that Saban simply can’t retire; he is too valuable to the conference.

He will retool and return.

I used to be a REC member. We would meet about every 90 days to longer (6 months) and drink beer and eat catfish @ the old Greenbriar (SP) in Madison county. Or a good cooking place in Birmingham. Plus maybe once in Montgomery. And we'd have a writer like Cecil Hurt for the Tuscaloosa News tell tales. Or some such. I met a ton of good ole boys and even a few cleaned up small bidness men but mostly just damn good fans.

We even had some Auburn folks sneak in a couple of times to get the real lowdown. LOL! That was a simple as paying about a $15. meal charge at the door. And then buying your drinks as you go. One of our good ole boys recognized one of theirs and welcomed him and asked him to speak one night. They soon got bored to death and stopped coming. Oh we'd hire and fire the coach every meeting for sure. Hope that helps you guys who are seriously into LSU and AU.

Saban is a business man more than a coach, and there is no way he is walking away from that salary until his other investments have comparable roi
