I don't hate Bama....respect them.
You'all need to curb stomp Oklahoma or they will continue strutting around here despite only one good year this far in our beloved conference.
They already have a weird sense of entitlement and if you lose to them it will become nauseating.....

Yep. They took BYU's spots, who objectively got screwed. Then Tulane and JMU stole UT/Vandy spots due to the AQ silliness.

It’s just jealous and bitter LSU fans who have deluded themselves into not only believing they are your rivals (when y’all don’t care about them at all) but they are your equal (tier 3 program behavior as expected) when in reality, they live in the worst state in this country and idolize a university that has community college entry standards. It’s a shame really, we’d all pity them if they had any self-awareness.

The only issue I see is that a 10-3 Alabama team that had a huge loss to a 5-7 Florida State team was able to get in above a 10-2 Vanderbilt team with two losses to ranked, winning teams. Your argument about Tulane and James Madison is nothing more than a big deflection from that fact. And I don't care that Alabama beat Vandy in the regular season, your team lost to a losing team, 31-17 and looked really bad in the SEC Championship game. Minus 3 yards rushing.
So good luck in the playoffs. You'll need every bit of it. Do you deserve to be in? No. And everyone knows it. But since you're getting in by virtue of your name, try not embarrassing the conference too bad when you lose.

It’s not the g5 fault. They’re competitors like any athlete at that level. They should be able prove themselves despite what armchair QBs think. The fault is D1 needs an overhaul. If everyone thinks they are so inferior they should be bumped dien a div. I have a problem sitting on my arse advocating guys who worked their tails off didn’t do enough.

You literally have two teams in the playoffs that wouldn’t go .500 in-conference in the SEC.

Does anyone truly think James Madison or Tulane could beat Texas? Not hope they do...but actually put real money on them doing it.
Keep in mind we already beat two higher ranked playoff teams head to head by multiple scores.
The DEI playoffs are about making sure everyone gets to participate. Texas made all the media outlets/football experts look like fools simply because they ranked us #1 and hyped up Arch like a multiple Superbowl winning QB, now we're being punished for exposing them as hacks that guess about everything just like the rest of us.
Edit- As it is I'll just eat my f'kn box of cheese it's and like it. If this were a regular season game we would crush Meatchicken, but with players opting out for both teams, who knows?
The meat of our above average defense will be missing for sure, so it just depends on who's playing for Michigan's offense. That's what it comes down to for me, Arch and next years starters may only get a quarter of play no matter what...don't want to start the off-season with starters rehabbing.
