Built a house 40 months ago and went with LVT for all the BRs, hall, dining & den on the first floor (2300 sf). Went with the expensive stuff. It's separating and peeling in spots already.
Planning on replacing in 2027 with oak & tile.

Plan and execute personal projects. Retired at 62 so I could do for me/us what I did for them. Renovated the house - sold the house - built a new house - redid the truck - renovated the camp. Rinse & repeat.

Portal to a degree. Recruiting certainly; when top HS recruits go pro you're left with portal players to fill the void. They did not fill the void.
