I mean Im pretty fricking worried. Have you watched Bama? We won the USC game only because a late miracle strip. USC. LSU? They suck dick tits and we somehow looked pedestrian. Were riding the edge here? it wont take much to fall against our favor.

I only worry about one game per year - the one we play next.

Not only does LSU suck but they also couldn't stop shooting themselves in the foot and Bama will struggled with them.

It is weird to see such a pass heavy team still be a top 20 time of possession school (I think top 4 or 5 in the SEC)

As much as some are worried about the run game, Bama does well controlling field position and time of possession with a pass game that extends drives, can be vertical, and also serve as an extension of the run game.

Not really that worried other than the inconsistent blocking schemes and "cuteness" they fall into at times. It will possibly buff out, but OU and AU will certainly challenge it.

Love where the defense is trending though. In either case, it will be what it is.

Bama should be pretty motivated after last year’s game.

I truly think fans put more weight on that than players. Yes, if there was shite talk or rivalry implications, then it might hype them up. But, that is just emotion and it wears off.

But, most recognize last year's teams were last year's teams. They need to focus on this year's team.

OU is better on defense, has a solid rushing offense, and a healthy Mateer is an improvement over Arnold.

It will be a tough game.

24-21 Bama.

I mean they should be, especially given their history

Just seems like Bama fans don’t have the same swagger that they used to have
You and I must not know the same Alabama fans, because my entire life my friends and I have always been very hesitant to be too confident about the team, even when they were dominant. I heard someone say one time that Alabama has such expectations that the fanbase is more relieved when we win than excited. I can certainly see that.

In the SEC if you are not worried about your opponent you might just be crazy. Any given Saturday.

Jam Miller for instance clearly hasn't been right since Missouri.

Miller got hurt in preseason camp. Missed the first 3 or 4 games and hasn't been right all year.

He got concussed vs MO.

Put me in “the worried category” after last week’s performance against a horrible LSU team.

They looked pretty pedestrian against SCAR and played a semi-close game against a LSU team with nothing much to play for by their standards. I'm not picking Bama to lose, but I wouldn't find it shocking if they did. Oklahoma is a pretty good team that could pull this out with a couple of breaks.

I think OU wins. The Alabama offense is really struggling right now.

I wouldn't go that far. Simpson has looked better some games than others but he has been solid at worst.

Bama fans have some good news in that a couple of OU's better defensive players aren't going to play. Thomas and McKinzie. The bad news for Bama is that those two guys' backups are the two best back ups on OU's defense.

OU's secondary isn't great... but they ARE going to get their best cover corner back this week. They didn't have him last year when Bama came to town. With him in the game they will have a better chance of slowing down Bama's receivers.

OU's offense is not great. And I'm not convinced they are going to be able to run. But Mateer is resourceful. He isn't a great QB but he can make pull rabbits out of his hat with the best of them.
