I don’t really give a F about the UK game. We won. Florida is next. Time to force the FU administration to make Mullen “shake up his staff” so he doesn’t get fired until 2023 after losing the last 2 to UGA.
Thanks LSU for getting the host seat talk for Mullen heated up after losing to you and UK the last couple of years. Mullen is officially on a short leash with the FU administration now.
Thanks for a 4 quarter game UK…now piss off until BB season.
Oh yeah…#FTMF Gators
Why do you keep copying and pasting this shite on different threads?

BGB…I listened to Kirby postgame. He said he had no problem with what Stoops did. It was just football. I think a lot of us were irritated at the move, but if our coach doesn’t have a problem with it, no reason for us fans to have one.
I say all that to say you were right, we were acting a little batty.

It seemed tacky to me. The game was over. One meaningless TD. All it did was show how much UK was smarting from that beat down the Dawgs had just laid on them

A lot of people lost respect for UGa fans years ago. You’re just late to the party.

It’s not a big deal at all. Don’t let these children/sidewalk fans that have an issue with it taint your idea of the Bulldog Faithful.
If the shoe was on the other foot I’d want Kirby to do the same. Good physical game Kentucky.

UK did quit. They got the ball with over 11 minutes left and down 23, they didn’t try to win, instead they ran out the clock on themselves..lol.

So now they should’ve quit multiple plays before that?
Quit?
Who burned almost 12 minutes on a meaningless 4th qtr drive?
Stoops didn't even attempt to win the game.

Honestly dude... 99% of the Georgia fan base doesn't care about Stoops calling a timeout with 4 seconds left, in order to try and get a 'feel good' TD.
Anybody who watched that game knows which team was MUCH better than the other.
Oh, and by the way, you would be surprised at how many Georgia fans root for Kentucky most weeks... We cannot stand UT or UF and their is no love lost for South Carolina either.
We hope you go on and win the rest of your games and play in a big time bowl - that's sincere.

I keep seeing some of y’all say this but I’m unsure of what he was supposed to do differently that would’ve been successful.
Force Levis to throw deep balls to our one competent WR who was double covered? Resulting in likely multiple INTs and more UGA scores.
Keep trying to run CRod who was contained? That’s just a whole bunch of 3 and outs.
Coen ran some stuff yesterday he hasn’t this season, so you can’t say they didn’t try to throw some stuff out there.
Why are we ignoring UGA’s defense in this magical “try to win” equation?

You don't know what woulda happened until it was tried.
Just don't get the "moral victory" angle and using up almost a ENTIRE 4th qtr to score a meaningless TD.

That’s a quality defense, and we don’t know the way that things are going to play out the rest of the year, and we had an opportunity to score, so we did.”
What does this even mean?
Does he think this TD will actually mean something later in the season or with people voting in the polls?

If Kentucky goes 11-1, a higher CFP ranking puts them in a NY6. We barely missed out on one in 2018 due to ranking.

And that 4th qtr TD is gonna make a difference?
Please.

Sure. We’ve seen perception held on far less.
Again, for someone that’s 7-0 y’all are sure bent out of shape over a late TD. Seems a bit silly.

What? No we haven't
Losing by 17 vs 24 only makes a difference to those who bet on the game.
Using your logic, wouldn't the "perception" of UK had been much better had you used those 12 mins to score 2 TD's instead of the one?

You don't know Mark Stoops if you think that.
Posted on 10/17/21 at 2:20 pm to BluegrassBelle
I thought Kentucky showed guts and resolution in that last drive. I mean Stoops and Kirby are both from the age of discipline and resolution. Fight for every inch and goal until the whistle is blown.
Kentucky can hold it’s head high in overcoming adversity in that last drive and the side out pass was gusty and well executed.
We blocked the PAT on it and got resolution as well.
Great game.

Not mad. Didn't care. When your coach basically starts a practice halfway 1/4 of the way through the fourth quarter, I am not sure you can call it coaching to the end either.

If they want to run out the clock and lose by / TDs, who cares? They gave up after the 3rd quarter.
They didn't want to get completely embarrassed like Mizzou did against Tennessee in a huge rout. Let's not pretend perception doesn't become reality. He made sure the score didn't look like a blowout. It was a smart move for his program. I wish Drink could have done similarly, but Tennessee's JV was running wild too.
And the whole "Stoops was putting players at risk" mantra is bullshite. If anything Stoops milking the clock meant LESS plays and less opportunites for players to get injured.

Even though it was, everyone knew it was, and anyone who looks at the box score and thinks UK is something to behold is retarded.
