Uh. Women's basketball will always be the 4th sport at lsu no matter what. We are a football school then basketball (in good years) and baseball (has been the number two sport at times at lsu when dominant and basketball was down). Then comes women's basketball, softball and other women's sports. We have men's sports to hang our hats on unlike many programs. Football is number 1 at lsu by far and will always be. I am glad that they're putting more of a commitment into women's bball though. If we are going to play the sport we might as well be good at it.
